Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Software Engineering. As a member of our technology department, you will be responsible for leading software engineering projects and teams. Your primary responsibilities will include clarifying requirements from key business stakeholders, planning project activities, conducting project activities, and providing support for production issues.
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of Java development experience, good communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in verbal and written English, strong customer focus, and excellent problem-solving and service support skills. You will also be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment to deliver high-quality results under tight schedules and high pressure.
Additional skills that would be beneficial for this role include an excellent understanding of functional programming languages, knowledge of the FX domain, and experience working in a global team with different cultures.
