Description
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Products & Technology organization. As a key player in our FP&A team, you will partner with senior leadership and their teams to drive and effectively scale Okta's growth. You will be responsible for budgeting and forecasting processes, preparing budget vs. actual variance analysis, leading thoughtful analysis, and collaborating with the controllership organization on accruals and other elements of the close process. You will also own the Auth0 Consolidation process and evolve these processes as needed. You will have a two-day in-office requirement (Tuesday & Wednesday) and will be based in San Francisco, CA.
The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a team player, a confident business partner, capable of driving action cross-functionally, analytical, and outstanding at FP&A. This person is comfortable operating at all levels, with eyes on the strategic big picture, while skillfully managing the financial details.
Required skills and experience include a minimum of 3+ years of FP&A experience, proficiency with FP&A systems, excellent financial modeling and analysis skills, advanced Excel and/or Gsheet and strong PowerPoint and/or Slides skills, and excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
