IT Engineer (Temporary Representation)

Join our dedicated team as an IT Engineer and contribute significantly to the stability and development of our IT landscape.

In this versatile role, you will work closely with the IT team to ensure high-quality internal IT support and actively shape the digital workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Process IT requirements and customer inquiries
• Provide support to internal users as part of 1st and 2nd level support
• Operate and support applications and operating systems, particularly Windows and MS Office, as well as relevant backend tools
• Conduct hardware and software installations in the data centre
• Perform maintenance tasks on-site in the data centre
• Document activities in the ticket system and asset management system

Requirements:

• Completed education (technical college, apprenticeship, or equivalent) with a focus on IT
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in IT support
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Independent and structured working style
• Very good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English

Annual Salary: €41,300.00 brutto (based on Austrian equal treatment law). The salary will be based on market standards, qualification, and experience.
