Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Hillsboro location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. You will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and provide education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement treatment plans, including exercises, stretches, and modalities
• Conduct regular progress evaluations to adjust treatment plans as needed
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Oregon
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
