Description
You will be a skilled generalist who can rapidly context switch but have a background working closely with product leaders and expertise in strategic deals. You're able to drive work at high velocity and can motivate external and internal partners, including product, engineering, and operations. You operate with independence and focus, finding creative solutions to unlock growth and innovation.
Your primary responsibilities will be to drive day-to-day partnership strategy and execution across priority partners, working closely with product, engineering, research, sales, finance, legal, and marketing to align roadmaps and deliver outcomes. You will own a portfolio of strategic partnerships as a business, setting direction, prioritizing opportunities, and driving outcomes aligned to OpenAI's product and company goals.
You will support partnership deal execution, commercial negotiations from partner evaluation through launch, expansion, and renewal, including both product integrations and commercial terms. You will operate as a cross-functional driver, coordinating internal teams and external partners to launch, manage, and optimize partnership initiatives end-to-end.
You will serve as the internal advocate for partners, aligning product and cross-functional teams to partner goals, applying thoughtful pushback on roadmap tradeoffs, and driving accountability against agreed success metrics. You will run partner operating cadence, establishing and managing working rhythms with partners (business reviews, planning sessions, issue resolution), escalating and aligning with senior stakeholders as needed.
You will track and communicate impact, defining success metrics, monitoring performance (adoption, revenue, usage, satisfaction), and clearly communicating progress, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders. You will build strong partner relationships, serving as a primary point of contact for partner counterparts, building trust and identifying new opportunities for collaboration and growth.
