Category Manager - Temporary 11 Month Contract

We are seeking a Category Manager to join our team on a temporary 11-month contract. You will be responsible for maximising the market share and performance of Red Bull and the category in specific retail chains.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and gain insights into distributor and consumer panels for the category and retail chains, identifying growth opportunities
• Monitor performance and recommend action plans
• Create and provide a monthly dashboard to store teams
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers on sales strategies
• Develop tailored business plans for each retail chain
• Negotiate and implement optimised product ranges, merchandising strategies, and promotions
• Build strong relationships with retail chains at national and regional levels

Requirements:

• Higher education in business or engineering
• Around 5 years of experience in the retail sector (commercial/marketing/research), including previous experience in category management
• Results-oriented, autonomous, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Analytical and business skills, with expertise in data analysis and Excel
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
• Fluent English
