Learning & Performance Specialist

We're looking for a Learning & Performance Specialist who will build our training setup from scratch and take full ownership of how employees develop the skills they need to perform at a high level.

Your focus will be on identifying real capability gaps, creating the right solutions, rolling them out effectively, and proving through data that they work.

As a Learning & Performance Specialist, you will:

• Create, manage, and continuously improve general bunq training programs.
• Lead interactive workshops and in-person trainings focused on real behaviour change.
• Measure training effectiveness and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Improve existing internal processes or create new ones to optimise employee performance and development.

Requirements

• You have deep knowledge of creating effective and engaging training programs by deadline.
• You know how to measure training impact and use data to improve outcomes.
• You genuinely enjoy in-person training, coaching, and working closely with people.
• You're familiar with process optimisation and like making things work better.
• You naturally take ownership and proactively close performance gaps.
