Stricker

The Stricker's primary role is to optimize Red Bull Perfect Store and enhance regional activities execution in assigned territory. This includes ensuring availability, visibility, additional placements, Red Bull cooler installation, and regional activities implementation to drive maximum sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner
• Drive in-store presence in line with Perfect Store standards
• Manage orders to ensure Red Bull's stock keeping on shelf at all times
• Drive execution of agreed promotional activities in covered stores
• Complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese, and basic English
• FMCG experience (branded or retail experience)
• Clear understanding of Off Premise channels
• Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships
• High interpersonal, sales, and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and basic understanding of commercial maths
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and preferably mobile Field Force automation
• Valid driving license (Car & Auto bike)
