Description
As an intern, you will support the entire product development of two Agile Release Trains (ART) Car Sales, focusing on accompanying agile methods.
You will be involved in many areas as a member of the Agile Coaches team, working on exciting projects, and supporting the Agile Coaches in day-to-day business. You will also have your own projects to take responsibility for and drive forward.
Responsibilities:
- Design, conduct, and follow up on workshops, including suggestions for methodology and creation of online whiteboards
- Support moderation and documentation of results
- Assist in preparing and coordinating agile events (e.g., PI Planning)
- Own projects, such as taking over retrospectives in agile teams
- Take on cross-project topics in close collaboration with our Release Train Engineers
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled at a university or college with a focus on communication, psychology, business administration, economics, computer science, media, or similar
- Experience in agile methods and agile product development (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) is desirable
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Miro is beneficial
- Fluent in German and English
- Careful and conscientious
- Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
- Can-do attitude and self-starter
- Willingness to work on-site in Ludwigsburg
