Sales Analyst

We are seeking an energetic Sales Analyst in Hong Kong to join our team managing all orders from customers. You will work closely with sales leaders, regional sales operations teams, business operations, and Product Management to align business and financial goals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sales order management from input to completion
• Keeping track of all received data and source documents, focusing on data accuracy and attention to detail
• Order fulfillment process management and order delinquency management
• Coordinating with account team and sales administrator to address and resolve order-related issues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Business-related coursework is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Good communication skills and problem-solving skills

Additionally, proficiency with spreadsheets and SAP experience are highly desirable, as well as high-tech business experience.
