We're seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to help lead and drive innovative marketing local strategies for our theatrical releases in Italy. This role combines strategic leadership with deep analytical expertise to develop comprehensive campaigns that maximize audience engagement and box office performance in Italy.
Key responsibilities include leading strategic planning and budget management across multiple high-profile theatrical releases in Italy, developing territory-wide marketing strategies and long-term activation roadmaps for Italy, conducting advanced local market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions for Italy, establishing campaign KPIs and success metrics in partnership with senior leadership, driving innovation in audience engagement methodologies and emerging marketing technologies, mentoring and guiding junior marketing managers on strategic thinking and campaign development, providing creative leadership across all marketing assets and brand touchpoints in Italy, overseeing localization strategies and coordinating with global International teams, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across multiple concurrent campaigns in Italy, leading relationships with creative partners and agencies in Italy, approving and guiding creative direction for high-stakes marketing initiatives in Italy, developing comprehensive media strategies for Italy spanning traditional, digital, and emerging platforms, leading negotiations and strategic collaboration with key media agencies and platforms for local marketing campaigns, cultivating and managing high-value brand collaborations and co-marketing opportunities, collaborating with International Media leadership on global best practices and innovation, optimizing media spend efficiency across portfolio of local campaigns, conceptualizing and executing large-scale special projects, premieres, and marquee events in Italy, managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple external agencies in Italy, leading cross-functional initiatives including Content Managers, PR, Digital, and International partners, providing strategic guidance to distribution teams on theatrical positioning in Italy, driving organizational alignment on local campaign priorities and resource allocation, mentoring junior team members and contributing to team capability development, championing creative excellence and innovative problem-solving across the organization.
Basic qualifications include a proven track record managing complex marketing campaigns, deep expertise in integrated marketing across traditional, digital, and experiential channels, advanced stakeholder management skills across internal leadership and external partner experience, exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and presentation capabilities, demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, and fluency in English and Italian. Preferred qualifications include experience with international marketing coordination and localization strategies, proven track record of innovation in marketing technology and emerging platforms, strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience, strategic vision, team development, innovation leadership, stakeholder influence, and results orientation.
