Maintenance Technician

Our South-West Europe region is seeking a Maintenance Technician for its Marckolsheim site (67) in a 3x8 team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out diagnostics and defining corrective actions
• Identifying the origin of malfunctions and determining the operations to be performed
• In case of breakdowns, understanding the origin by conducting a series of tests and determining the actions to be taken to restore the system to operational status as quickly as possible
• Restoring equipment to working order
• Verifying and reporting on interventions
• Performing preventive maintenance
• Optimizing production resources: analyzing repetitive or prolonged breakdowns, proposing improvement actions...
• Miscellaneous tasks: participating in the operational management of maintenance stores, recording store exits, participating in inventories of maintenance spare parts

Requirements:

• Bac + 2 in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Automation or equivalent professional experience
• Technical knowledge in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Industrial Computing...
• Additional knowledge: Mechanics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electricity
• Use of computer tools, automation systems, CMMS ▪ Reading industrial plans and drawings
