Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join the Maneuver Dominance team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will play a critical role in balancing innovation and practical execution across the Omen program, which involves developing an autonomous air vehicle.
The Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for stakeholder engagement, enabling cross-team collaboration, technical ownership, executing autonomously, shaping growth opportunities, and strategic planning and execution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and industry partners
- Managing and accelerating cross-team projects
- Driving technical outcomes through understanding of system performance and risk management
- Executing on broad and ambiguous requirements from external clients
- Supporting the drafting of technical proposals and ensuring accurate scoping and estimation
- Translating strategic business goals into actionable project plans
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing program management role and/or systems engineering experience, preferably in the defense, national security, or aerospace domains. They must have a solid technical aptitude, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong technical, analytical, and quantitative skills.
