We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to join our Danish Customer Engagement Centre. As part of our Danish-based Polestar Support, you will focus on delivering exceptional sales and service experiences for our Danish customers. You will work closely with your colleagues to set a high standard for sales and customer service in the automotive industry.
You will have a passion for advising customers in the premium segment, possibly an interest in electric mobility and the green transition. Our office is located in Søborg (Copenhagen). Our working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00-17.00. We offer a good fixed basic salary including pension scheme and internet subscription, a good canteen arrangement, and a young work environment with plenty of freedom under responsibility.
Your tasks
In this role, you will work directly with our customers and our partners representing Polestar to ensure that customers can get the help and information they need. Here you will have a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional sales and service experiences together with your team.
- Follow-up on sales leads, including test drives
- Ongoing dialogue with our test drive and handover centre
- Handle emails, chats, incoming calls, and outgoing follow-up calls
- Handle inquiries from and comments on activities on social media
- Represent Polestar at planned customer events
You will be in dialogue with customers throughout the purchasing process, be the important first point of contact in handling questions about the customer's car, advise customers on Polestar products, or guide the customer through the current financing or leasing campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams to provide customers with a good experience.

In addition, you are motivated to go the extra mile with attention to detail and deliver at a high level. We are looking for someone who has:
- More than six months' experience in a role with a focus on sales and customer service, whether it's telephone-based, retail-based, or something else entirely
- You are methodical and comfortable working on digital platforms
- You can communicate instructions and guidance in a clear and easily understandable language
Polestar is an international company with employees from diverse backgrounds. Although your primary work will be in Danish, we often use English in writing and speaking internally when we need to communicate with our international colleagues.
