Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Hanover location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will also conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring to ensure patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Implement and modify treatment plans as needed to meet patient goals
• Conduct progress monitoring and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with patients with various diagnoses and age groups
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
