Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy in Shelbyville, IN.

Jobaddle: As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, strength, and function. You will conduct initial evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations to assess patient needs and develop treatment plans
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient outcomes
• Provide ongoing care to patients, including manual therapy, exercise instruction, and education
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
