As the ERP Program Lead, you will lead complex SAP business transformation programs from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget, on time, and to quality standards. You will manage and motivate geographically distributed teams, including multi-vendor and complex client organisations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing well-structured program delivery frameworks
- Collaborating with IT, business, and change management teams to ensure program success
- Maintaining strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a proven project and program delivery track record across multiple full lifecycle SAP programs, including multi-country roll-outs of significant size, scope, and complexity for ECC and S/4 HANA.
You will also require experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources, as well as the ability to lead teams in complex environments that include multi-vendors, complex client organisation structures, and geographically distributed teams.
In addition, you will need to have outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-Level stakeholders within client organisations.
