We are looking for a dynamic and multilingual individual to join our team as an Alternance Agent d'Escale at Paris Gare du Nord. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international passengers, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable journey.
You will be the face of Eurostar at our terminal, welcoming, orienting, and informing our clients throughout their passage. You will also be responsible for commercial operations, managing various areas of the terminal, and selling tickets for all Eurostar lines.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with people from diverse backgrounds, and making a real difference in their travel experience.
As an Alternance Agent d'Escale, you will work in a 2x8 schedule, including weekends and public holidays, for the 2026/2027 academic year. You will alternate between working in the terminal and attending school, with an average of 2 weeks in school and 2 weeks in the workplace per month.
We work exclusively with the AFMAE, which prepares you for the 'Accueil dans les transports' specialization certificate. To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a baccalaureate or equivalent recognized by the French State
- Be between 18 and 29 years old (for RQTH-recognized candidates, there is no age limit)
- Be able to commute to your workplace, Gare du Nord in Paris, and the training center in Bonneuil, France, using your own means
You must be able to start your shift, in full uniform, at 05:55 am, or finish it at midnight, depending on your vacation schedule. Unfortunately, we do not have parking available for you.
The salary for this role is between 65% and 85% of the SMIC, depending on your age.

As an Alternance Agent d'Escale, your daily tasks will include:
- Anticipating and meeting the needs of our clients
- Welcoming, informing, and orienting our clients throughout their passage in the terminal
- Selling tickets for all Eurostar lines
- Managing groups, passengers with reduced mobility, and minors, in accordance with our procedures and regulations
- Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the respect of safety and security guidelines
