Description
To provide facilities management services support. Duties include day-to-day operational interaction with the client, day-to-day support of Health & Safety in relation to the FM function, liaison with other ABM site-specific/mobile technical team members, supervision of third-party resource and supplier teams, execution of PPM and Reactive maintenance tasks, and support of all procurement requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Execution of Electrical and/or Mechanical Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks Execution of Electrical and/or Mechanical reactive/Emergency Maintenance tasks and Minor Project works Support of all procurement requirements Maintain all Company issued equipment in a clean, serviceable and presentable manner Ensure that all Company IT system requirements are completed accurately and legibly at all times and presented in a timely manner Ensure that all Company paperwork is completed accurately and legibly at all times and presented in a timely manner Present themselves in a professional manner and maintain good relationships with clients and other staff members at all times Support the Site Supervisor, Engineering Manager Contract Administrators and/or the Contract Manager in their roles by effective communication
Essential skills and experience include: Fully electrically qualified Experience in a similar maintenance role Good communication skills Ability to work as part of a team or on their own initiative Ability to prioritise work loads
Desirable skills and qualifications include: Hold a recognised qualification in Testing and Inspection Portable Appliance Testing IPAF Qualified / PASMA Qualified
