Role Overview

We're seeking a Targeted Recruiting Specialist to manage the contributor acquisition funnel, from sourcing technical profiles to onboarding and their first completed task. This operational role involves building and running systems, channels, and processes for scalable recruitment.

Responsibilities

Funnel Ownership

• Own and manage active and evergreen job funnels end-to-end.
• Track conversion at every stage, identify drop-offs, and implement fixes.
• Ensure AI interview gates and fast tracks are running smoothly.
• Develop and own the intake-to-execution process for new sourcing requests.

Sourcing & Partnerships

• Manage relationships with BPOs and external sourcing partners.
• Create and manage job postings across various channels.
• Explore non-conventional sourcing channels.

Quality & Coordination

• Ensure the quality of incoming recruits and meet headcount targets.
• Collaborate with recruiters and the Community team.

Requirements

• Operational expertise with experience in recruiting ops or growth operations.
• Data-driven with funnel metrics analysis skills.
• Strong executor comfortable with ambiguity and independent work.
• Creative sourcing strategies.
• Excellent written communication.

Nice to Have

• Experience with BPOs or external sourcing partnerships.
• Familiarity with AI interview tools.
• Data and funnel analytics skills.
• Exposure to technical recruiting or gig/freelance platforms.

Compensation

The expected hourly rate range is ₹570-₹760 INR.
