No 2 Technician (Defender Rally Team)

We are seeking a talented No 2 Technician to join our Defender Rally Team. As a key member of the team, you will work under the guidance of the No 1 and Chief Technician to ensure the car, spares, and equipment are prepared on time and to the high standards expected.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out work as directed by the No 1 Technician/Chief Technician
• Keep the No 1 Technician informed of any additional work necessary on a car during build or repair
• Perform On-Event and workshop maintenance as required
• Ensure the car is always to the correct specification
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties requested by the Team management

Requirements:

• Previous rally experience
• Strong ability to understand and interpret the build specification of a full car set up
• Ability to follow build and operational procedures accurately
• Team player with good communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Attention to detail and flexible approach to work
