We are seeking a talented Retail Artist to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As a Retail Artist, you will be the face of our brand and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with our team to create a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers, and will be expected to have a strong knowledge of our products and services.

Ideal candidate:
- Ideally a level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy
- Ideally have some experience as a Sales Advisor
- Aspire to be part of a beauty brand that revolutionizes the way it's seen and continues to grow
- Adore everything about Charlotte Tilbury and aren't afraid to spread the word
- Ideally have experience in applying makeup and know how to adapt your style to different customers with different needs
- Promote positivity and be able to think without limits to shine your energy
- Receive constructive feedback positively and easily put suggested actions into motion
