Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at ATI Physical Therapy in Oakville, MO.

This is a full-time position working in an outpatient rehab setting.

As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with various injuries and conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and their families on proper care and recovery techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to address their needs.

• Conduct physical therapy sessions, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions to promote healing and improve function.

• Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for performing exercises and managing their condition.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate referrals as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in an outpatient rehab setting

• Certification in a specialty area, such as sports medicine or pediatrics

• Bilingual or multilingual skills
