HR Business Partner Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Business Partner Intern. As an integral part of our team, you will work closely with our HR Business Partners and gain hands-on experience in various areas of talent and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and assist in various tasks related to talent and performance management
• Take ownership of small-scale projects
• Prepare and support internal culture workshops and HR conferences
• Contribute to the development of strategic HR topics focusing on leadership development and personnel planning
• Assist in the implementation of 360-degree feedback processes

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with a focus on Human Resources
• At least three semesters of study experience, ideally with prior practical experience in the HR field
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated and structured working style
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Fluent in English and German
