PRN - Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses. You will develop and implement treatment plans, conduct evaluations, and provide education to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify areas of weakness and develop treatment plans to address these areas.
• Develop and implement treatment plans that are tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
• Provide education to patients and their families on proper techniques for rehabilitation and prevention of future injuries.
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
