Description
As a Junior Brand Designer at Red Bull - BORA - hansgrohe, you will take our brand strategy to the next level by translating our brand direction into top-notch visuals for digital and print touchpoints.
In close collaboration with our Head of Brand, you will enable fast and scalable implementation of campaigns, activations, and day-to-day productions while maintaining maximum attention to our visual identity.
This role is also your chance to join one of the most ambitious teams in the UCI WorldTour and directly shape our vision: to become the most attractive cycling team in the world.
Responsibilities
- Brand Design Execution: Implement brand design in digital and print formats
- Rollouts & Adaptations: Create adaptations for various formats and channels
- Brand Application: Consistently apply brand guidelines across all touchpoints
- Day-to-Day Design Support: Provide design support for marketing and internal teams
- Collaboration: Work closely with the brand and art direction team
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in brand or graphic design
- Convincing portfolio with examples of digital and print implementations
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong knowledge of print production and file preparation
- Keen eye for detail, layout, and typography
- Ability to work efficiently under clear brand and art direction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in sports and brand-oriented environments is a plus
- Excellent English skills, with optional good written and spoken German skills
