Asst Pantryman - The Seven Seas Group

Join the Princess Cruises team as an Asst Pantryman and embark on a career adventure like no other. As a key member of the galley team, you will assist the 1st Pantryman in preparing special breakfast items, fruit and cheese plates, and cold soups for passengers. You will also carry out production in assigned areas, ensure quality and consistency, and maintain a clean and organized working environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the 1st Pantryman in preparing special breakfast items, fruit and cheese plates, and cold soups for passengers
• Carry out production in assigned areas, ensuring quality and consistency
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment
• Refill coffee stations and ensure they are always clean and organized
• Assist the Executive Chef in special events, such as fruit and vegetable carving

Requirements:

• One year of prior work experience in a galley environment (cold dishes)
• Good knowledge of English
• Knowledge of basic cold food preparation, presentation, and preservation
• Basic knowledge of Public Health and Sanitation regulations and procedures
• Ability to organize and complete work by deadlines
• Command of the English language, both verbal and written
