Temporary Event Staff for FIFA World Cup Fan Zone

We are seeking a temporary event staff member to work at the FIFA World Cup Fan Zone for 5 weeks from June 12th through July 18th. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Being available to work for the full duration of the event, including nights, weekends, and 12+ hour shifts
• Learning quickly and working efficiently, with computer proficiency to access and update customer records
• Maintaining a positive and outgoing demeanor, adhering to our team's core expectations, and being able to work as part of a team
• Remaining calm and focused in a fast-paced environment and during stressful situations
• Working part of the daily shift outdoors in various weather conditions
• Providing the highest level of customer service to all guests

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a ticket office for a major sporting event, team, or venue, as well as previous experience in hospitality, sales, or a call center. Bilingual candidates are a plus, and knowledge of various ticketing programs is also desirable.
