We're looking for a Porsche Service Assistant to join our team at the Porsche Zentrum Magdeburg. As a Service Assistant, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Your main tasks will include:
- Greeting customers and handling their queries in a friendly and professional manner
- Supporting the service team with planning and coordinating workshop appointments
- Coordinating workshop appointments and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently
- Managing customer data and creating service orders
As a Service Assistant, you'll work closely with other departments to provide the best possible service to our customers.
We're looking for someone with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a high level of organization and attention to detail.
