Description
You will be responsible for providing daily IT support to end-users, enhancing user satisfaction through Red Bull's IT processes and guidelines. You will manage the current and secure inventory of end-user devices and IT equipment for subsidiaries and branch offices. Additionally, you will assist with local IT and business projects, including the deployment of internal system applications.
Responsibilities:
IT Support and Collaboration: You will ensure professional IT onboarding for end-users and contribute to global standards. You will provide daily IT support, utilise remote service desks efficiently, and assist with meeting/event technology. You will manage IT incidents, requests, problems, and changes for Red Bull's IT services. You will maintain regular IT service communication with end-users and organise IT security and service trainings. You will also administer user account access, support local infrastructure with second-level partners, and collaborate on service improvement ideas with the IT team.
End-user Devices and IT Infrastructure: You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date IT asset inventory at Red Bull. You will handle the distribution and replacement of end-user devices, peripherals, and mobile devices. You will oversee the local network infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with global standards. You will manage the local office equipment throughout its lifecycle, including printers and meeting room technology. You will also ensure equipment purchases are standardised and coordinate the return merchandise authorisation (RMA) process for computing and hardware components.
Local IT Project Coordination and Administration: You will ensure the deployment of global IT services for local projects to achieve maximum end-user satisfaction. You will lead specific work-packages to support local IT and business projects. By proactively aligning with the Area IT team, you will promote the use of global or regional IT solutions over local ones. You will assist the local IT or Finance Manager with IT budget planning. You will also manage assignments using global and area-specific project management techniques and coordinate with external vendors and partners, such as those for audio/visual setups and digital signage.
Requirements:
- IT education or 3+ years equivalent experience.
- Strong communicator and relator, tact in dealing with end-users.
- Solid knowhow in Microsoft Windows and Office, Mac, AD, Exchange, Mobile Devices, Networking and Security Services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills towards IT peers around the globe.
- ITIL v3 experience, ServiceNow or equivalent tool experience appreciated.
- Team-oriented, self-motivated personality, hands-on and flexible personality.
- Spoken and written English and Japanese mandatory.
