Description
The Programs and Business Operations Lead, Cities will lead the strategic development and execution of highly scalable programs across multiple jurisdictions. They will build and maintain program management frameworks that ensure measurable outcomes, sustainable operations, and readiness to meet evolving legal requirements.
Key responsibilities include:

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in regulatory operations, legal/policy compliance, consulting, project management, or related fields, with a strong ability to leverage data and patterns to scale programs effectively.
They will be able to navigate ambiguity and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced and complex regulatory environment. Experience building scalable technical solutions and processes to mitigate risks is also essential.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information as applicable and required for varied audiences, are crucial for this role. Comfortable and skilled at regularly interfacing with, influencing and being a thought partner to senior management to inform strategy and decision-making, yielding positive outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a track record of aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, are also required.
