Facility Security Officer

Anduril Industries is seeking a Facility Security Officer to join their team in Ashville, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and directing the industrial security program, ensuring company and customer security requirements are met at Anduril's Arsenal-1 location.

Responsibilities:

• Administer day-to-day security programs in compliance with 32 CFR Part 117, Security Classification Guides, and program guidance
• Provide guidance to employees and recommend modifications to operations policies or procedures
• Work with various stakeholders, including Program Management, Classified IT, and Physical Security
• Act as security point person for Open Storage Area (OSA) buildout coordination
• Maintain and update the DISS for the entire company
• Process requests for changes to DISS
• Conduct annual self-inspections and prepare for Security Vulnerability Assessments
• Send and receive collateral visit requests; oversee and provide facility badge access
• Ensure all assigned personnel meet/maintain the appropriate security clearance requirements
• Update and query required information systems as needed
• Maintain required hard-copy files
• Provide continuous training and guidance in all areas of security
• Enforce foreign contact and travel requirements
• Report security incidents
• Provide training and guidance on handling, safeguarding, marking classified material
• Verify and provide training for requests for courier authorizations
• Coordinate industrial security procedures
• Provide inputs to the security sections in response to Request for Proposals (RFP) and Broad Agency Announcements (BAA)
• Maintain hard/soft copies of DD Form 254
• Manage collateral facilities, access control systems, and alarm systems
• Develop Arsenal-1 Concepts of Operation (CONOPS) and security procedures
• Develop and update personnel security responsibilities
• Analyze and assess issues with personnel security
• Ensure the Security Management software/database (SIMS) is accurate and updated
• Report vital site and program information

Requirements:

• 5+ years of related Security experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Must complete DISS/NISS training
• Must hold Facility Program Management for Possessing Facilities certification
• Current or able to obtain Industrial Security Professional (ISP) Certification
• Strong understanding of Physical Security requirements
• Understanding of DISS, e-QIP, NISS, and ISFD
• Knowledge of COMSEC custodian duties
• Experience creating and conducting initial security briefings
• Experience working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
• Ability to communicate policy and procedures clearly
• Able to meet timelines and prioritize demands effectively
• Thorough working knowledge of the 32 CFR
• Experience developing and implementing OPSEC plans
• Must be able to read and interpret Security Classification Guides (SCGs)
• Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative
• Willingness to travel within the organizational Area of Responsibility (AOR)
• Must hold a current U.S. TOP SECRET security clearance
