Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Chicago location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will also educate patients on proper techniques for exercise and movement to prevent future injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to determine the best course of treatment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of each patient
• Conduct ongoing evaluations and progress reports to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients on proper techniques for exercise and movement to prevent future injuries
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
