The Red Bull Graduate Programme is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for recent graduates to join our team as a Regional Marketing Graduate. As a Regional Marketing Graduate, you will have the chance to work hard, realise your talent, and shape your future.
Your tasks will include bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to improve processes, developing training, and creating new projects that surprise and delight consumers. You will partner with internal teams to align strategies and deliver impactful campaigns that resonate with local audiences. Your analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, will be essential in evaluating key program metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement, and creating tools that drive smarter, more efficient execution. You will also assist in managing ongoing projects, supporting regional teams, and maintaining alignment with global standards and HQ guidelines.
As a collaborative team player with a proactive attitude, you will be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, work independently, and learn quickly. Your fluency in Japanese and English (verbal and written) is a must. A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, or Engineering is required.
Travel is expected to be around 40-50%.
