Localization Project Manager/ ローカライゼーションプロジェクトマネージャー

The Localization Project Manager will ensure exceptional service, quality, and cost efficiency on every project. Responsibilities include managing projects of different sizes, genres, and platforms; coordinating with clients, colleagues, and resources; and ensuring profitability, quality, and on-time delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish, incorporating contingencies
• Coordinate with clients, colleagues, and resources to ensure project goals are met
• Monitor and control project processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance
• Communicate regularly with clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and client expectations

Requirements:

• Experience in videogames and/or localization sectors
• Degree in Business, Audio, Translation, Computer Science, or Games Development
• Familiarity with production workflows and CAT tools (especially memoQ)
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Business-level command of Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
