Description
This Co-op/Intern position is available at Honda Aero Inc. in Burlington, North Carolina. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with associates to create designs and AutoCAD models for equipment, investigating new technologies, and implementing countermeasures. Responsibilities include project management, problem analysis, and preparing presentations and concise reports.
The Co-op/Intern will also have the opportunity to develop planning programs to support floor work, work with Customer Service to assist with model build, and create ways to improve inspection set-up and test/verification plans for software upgrades.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, have general engineering coursework, and a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher. You will also need to be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program studying Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
The Co-op/Intern will be paid an hourly wage of $20.45-$23.56, with the possibility of paid overtime and consideration for full-time employment after completing the Co-op/Internship program.
