As an Account Executive, Geo Enterprise at Cursor, you'll drive revenue growth by bringing on new logos, building strategic relationships with customers, and helping engineering organisations discover, adopt, and expand their use of Cursor.
This role combines technical understanding with sales expertise to help enterprises reimagine how software development can be accelerated with AI. You'll own the full sales cycle from first outreach to close, working directly with engineering leaders, CTOs, and procurement teams at sophisticated software companies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing a healthy pipeline, meeting and exceeding quarterly targets
- Developing executive relationships and day-to-day champions within each account
- Quantifying value with clear ROI cases tied to developer productivity and AI adoption
- Designing and executing innovative sales strategies
- Being the voice of the customer and influencing the roadmap with actionable feedback
To be a good fit, you should have:
- 5-7+ years of closing experience in tech sales, ideally selling developer tools, technical SaaS, or emerging technologies
- A consistent track record of landing new logos and exceeding quota
- Experience selling into Enterprise companies
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and sell to technical stakeholders
- Analytical approach to understanding customer needs combined with creative, tactical follow-through
