We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team at Bristol Myers Squibb. As a Data Scientist, you will contribute to the development of predictive models and algorithms to drive business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
- Design and implement predictive models using machine learning techniques
- Develop and maintain databases and data visualizations to support business needs
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data science or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn or TensorFlow
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
