Equity Portfolio Pricing and Analytics, Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an Equity Portfolio Pricing and Analytics, Technical Business Analyst to join our Portfolio Pricing and Valuations group in Operations & Middle Office.

The successful candidate will lead a multi-year initiative to migrate equity pricing, risk and P&L capabilities from third-party platforms to internally designed systems.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining business and functional requirements and developing comprehensive implementation and testing plans
• Analyzing complex system workflows, mapping dependencies and supporting the migration of legacy pricing and valuation systems
• Coordinating delivery across Technology, Quantitative Research, Market Data and Valuations teams
• Translating business and functional requirements into clear, actionable deliverables
• Owning the testing and validation of valuation results
• Providing stakeholders with regular updates on project progress, risks, outcomes and prioritization decisions
• Establishing and leading cross-functional working groups as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

• An advanced degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics or Physics, with at least 4 years of relevant work experience
• Advanced knowledge of equity derivative products and associated risks, including options, variance swaps and equity total return swaps
• Strong Python coding skills or proficiency in a similar programming language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical teams and users while delivering executive-level updates to senior stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail, thoroughness and ownership, combined with an appropriate sense of urgency
• A collaborative approach and a strong willingness to contribute and support others

In return, we offer a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $170,000.
