Head of Logistics

You will build and lead the logistics function at Anthropic. The job has four centres of gravity: process and SOP engineering, warehousing and inventory management, shipping and logistics operations, and heavy/oversized material movement.

As the Head of Logistics, you will own process and SOP engineering, running warehousing and inventory, being the business owner for the asset-lifecycle platform, owning high-value shipping operations, and owning heavy and oversized logistics. You will also run trade compliance and reverse logistics.

You will build the team, hiring and leading warehouse ops, logistics coordinators, process/QA engineers, and trade compliance personnel. This is a build-the-function role.

To be successful in this role, you will have run global hardware logistics at hyperscaler, large OEM/ODM, telecom, or energy-infrastructure scale. You will have personally written the SOPs and the QA system for a hardware operation and have the scar tissue from the time the SOP existed but nobody followed it.

You will be fluent in trade compliance for dual-use electronics across NA/EU/APAC and equally comfortable in a vendor QBR, a software requirements review, and on a loading dock.

The annual compensation range for this role is $365,000-$435,000 USD per year.
