Description
We are looking for a skilled Engineering Solutions Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will work with our team of developers and partner with cross-functional teams across the company to develop customizations, optimize workflows, and ensure engineering tools do not limit the speed of engineering design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective technical programs to drive business growth and improve engineering efficiency
- Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and deploy technical solutions
- Analyze and optimize engineering workflows to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and communication
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a design engineering role building products, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent education/work experience)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find practical solutions
- Strong understanding of engineering workflows from concept through production
- Experience using engineering design tools and ability to quickly learn new platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience using a wide array of engineering design tools across multiple disciplines
- Training, instructional design, or technical education experience
- Basic knowledge of scripting, automation, or tool customization
- Understanding of data flow between engineering systems (CAD, PLM, ERP, MES)
Salary Range: $129,000-$171,000 USD
