Senior Production Project Manager

Join Visa Cash App RB F1 Team as a Senior Production Project Manager in Faenza, Italy. The successful candidate will oversee the technical management and coordination of F1 car parts production, ensuring technical solutions meet quality requirements and planning constraints.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all technical aspects of projects, including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events
• Collaborate with Design Office to identify and agree on feasible technical solutions
• Work with Production Planning Department to set deadlines and targets, optimizing lead times
• Develop solutions with stakeholders to improve feasibility, production processes, and final product quality
• Mentor and support Production Project Managers
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including technical procedures and ERP routing
• Investigate new processes and technologies with technical departments

Requirements:

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Extensive experience in an equivalent role in the motorsport industry (F1 experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of carbon prepreg processes
• Fluency in English (spoken and written), fluency in Italian preferred
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Proactivity, innovation, and excellent communication skills
• Excellent time management and project management skills
