Description
As a physical therapist, you will diagnose and treat individuals with conditions that limit their ability to move and work, aiming to improve their quality of life by alleviating pain and increasing physical function.
This role requires flexibility, collaboration, out-of-the-box thinking, and problem-solving to provide patients/residents with the best care. You will plan, organise, and deliver physical therapy programs, document patient information, educate patients and their family members, and follow guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures.

Key responsibilities include:
- Planning, organising, and delivering physical therapy programs to help patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities.
- Documenting patient information for evaluation and analysis.
- Educating patients and their family members about treatment plans, schedules, and self-exercises to be continued at home.
- Demonstrating documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meeting all regulatory requirements.
- Analysing and recording the therapeutic progress of patients/residents and recommending necessary adjustments.
- Following guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures in the therapy process.
