Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide patient care and treatment plans. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $64,480-$79,000 and a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care and treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs
• Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient goals
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
