Automotive Polish Technician

MNVNA is seeking Automotive Polish Technicians who will be responsible for wet sanding and polishing newly painted body panels for vehicle assembly on the Ford Mustang GTD.

This is an exciting opportunity for hands-on experience with high-performance vehicles and the latest in automotive technology.

Key responsibilities include:

• Following established safety procedures

• Masking appropriate areas as required

• Wet-sanding and polishing components using various buffing techniques

• Identifying and correcting paint defects

• Maintaining polishing tools and materials

• Working in a dynamic team environment and providing positive feedback

Training is provided as required.

Experience in auto body finishing and repair is essential, along with an understanding of composite component construction. Ability to interpret basic instructions and work with minimal supervision is also required.

The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be $20.50 - $30.59.
