Junior Accountant AP

The Adler Pelzer Group is expanding its Finance Shared Service Centre in Zaragoza, Spain, which provides financial support to operations in Spain, France, and other EU countries. We are seeking a Junior Accountant AP to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receive, validate, and enter vendor invoices into SAP.
• Route invoices for approval to the relevant individuals.
• Manage relationships with vendors, handle inquiries and discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal partners in APG and manage employee expense reports.
• Regularly reconcile accounts payable records with vendor statements.
• Create reports and analyses as needed.
• Support month-end closing processes.
• Participate in projects as required.

Requirements:

• Completed degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent English.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in finance.
• Traineeship or entry-level experience in finance is advantageous.
• Knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
