About the Role
We're looking for a Client Account Manager to help our most strategic partners successfully grow their business through Pinterest. As a Client Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business results for Pinterest's largest strategic eCommerce advertisers.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, upsell, and optimize data-driven ad campaigns in collaboration with internal teams.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships, aligning with stakeholder goals across all funnel stages.
- Ensure accurate implementation of first and third-party data and campaign launches with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize media campaigns and audience targeting daily using various technologies and platforms.
- Deliver weekly campaign performance reporting and insights.
- Advise clients on Pinterest ad products, targeting, bidding, creative, and measurement strategies.
- Provide exceptional client service through communication, issue resolution, and seamless execution.
- AI utilization: Understand and test various tools & approaches to aid in meeting preparation, performance analysis and ultimately enable prioritize high impact outcomes with velocity.
- Simplify complex processes, upsell and pitch strategic solutions, and continuously improve campaigns.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing client accounts with data-driven strategies, ideally within the eCommerce, DTC, or Retail space.
- Strong knowledge of advertising best practices and technical media measurement.
- Skilled at identifying client needs, communicating persuasive recommendations, and overcoming objections.
- Ability to build and execute full-funnel sales strategies, driving adoption and conversions.
- Experience driving performance marketing solutions for clients within eCommerce or retail verticals.
- Excellent at managing multiple campaigns, tasks, and timelines simultaneously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Growth mindset & open-mindedness to new techniques, skill development and AI-led workflows to drive success at scale across a diverse set of advertisers.
In-Office Requirement Statement
This role requires you to be in the office or onsite with clients at least twice per week and therefore you must live within a commutable distance of our Toronto office (85 Richmond St. W).
