We're looking for a Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas Heidelberg. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations. You will transform customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors by providing excellent customer service and embodying our style. Your qualifications should include experience in the beauty industry or a similar field, enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, and the ability to represent our brand. Ideally, you should have make-up artist experience. You should have a positive attitude, energy, and customer-oriented thinking. Your German language skills should be at level B2.
