At Aristocrat, we are seeking a Manager, P&C Service Operations to join our People & Culture shared services framework. This role plays a key part in providing reliable, high-quality employee support for EMEA and the Americas. As a manager, you will lead a high-performing group delivering employee-centered support throughout different regions.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating daily service operations, deploying AI-powered tools and automation, serving as a Workday authority and operational specialist, identifying process improvements, and mentoring team members. You will also analyze dashboards, case trends, and service metrics to resolve risks and opportunities for preventive and corrective action.
To succeed in this role, you will need expertise in HR Operations, HR Contact Center, Service Desk, or HR Operations leading a large number of inquiries and transactions within multiple HR functions. You should have 3+ years of people leadership experience, performance management, workload planning, and service quality management. Additionally, you will require extensive practical experience with Workday HCM, employee data governance, business workflows, security-conscious transactions, payroll and benefits connections, employee relations intake, case handling, knowledge management, and HR operational safeguards.
