At Bayer, we're looking for a Senior Area General Manager (Sr. AGM) to lead our cardiovascular business in Birmingham. As a Sr. AGM, you will be responsible for delivering top-line targets while effectively leading and managing a dynamic cross-functional customer-facing team within your business unit.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving revenue goals for the area by executing comprehensive strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market share in the region.
- Developing and leading a high-performing team in the business unit, including sales representatives, key account managers, and other specialized roles.
- Identifying, retaining, and attracting high-performing talent for the organization.
- Gaining and applying a deep understanding of relevant markets, business models, strategic priorities, future direction, and financial drivers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mindset towards insatiable ownership, curiosity, and accountability of their local business. They must possess a broad understanding of the total business with a focus on financial acumen.
